Capacitive humidity measurement

Relative humidity(U)
This is the partial pressure ratio between the prevailing water vapour pressure and the water vapour saturation pressure with reference to water and/or ice at the same relative total pressure and at the same time temperature.
Relative humidity is a dimensionless parameter, it is a ratio and is specified in percent (%). [DIN 50010 Part 2]

Capacitive measuring principle
The capacitive measuring principle is a measurement procedure employed for establishing relative humidity. This mode of operation is based on the change in the dielectric properties of a polymer plastic depending on the prevailing relative humidity.
